| You are allowed to access this web site for free for informational purposes. As a result, you are also allowed to contact fellow landlords in respect to enquiring about a specific tenant. You are also allowed to add names to the database, of individuals who have been your tenants in the past or present, and who you wish to advise fellow landlords of relevant information pertaining to those specific individuals. |

| TenantReference.ca does not grant the user permission to forward information from its web site to any other party, nor does it grant the user permission to alter any of the contents of this site, except for data you wish to add to the database as a regular user, without the express permission of TenantReference.ca or its officers.
