| Yes, we have sought legal opinions on the matter. In fact,
there are a few other websites offering the same service, but they charge a fee for
service. Keep in mind that the names in the database are NOT automatically seen/displayed
upon log-in by anyone, but must be actively searched. In other words, names are not on
public display! |

| Why this database? |
| This is a database created by landlords, for landlords.
In other words, it is specialized for the residential rental market.

| Why not use credit checks via the traditional agencies? |
| The information contained in those reports will tell you nothing
about a tenant's rental history, whether they were good tenants, or your worst possible
nightmare. |

| What can this database do for you? |
| As a landlord, you know how difficult it is to get the right
information about someone, on time to fill your vacancy. For
instance, a prospective tenant can give you great references……trouble
is, you might not know that those references are friends or
family because they might have vandalized/failed to pay, etc….
at the last residence, but will not list this as a reference
(for good reason!!). All you have to do, is check the database
for the name, then contact the landlord who listed the name
for further details. A credit check will never tell you these
things!! |

| That depends on you, the landlord. A database is only as
accurate as the data it contains. In other words, everyone needs you to populate the
database with data……….that's the whole concept of Landlords Helping Landlords. |

timely manner. |
